How It Works
Our Admissions Process
We've made enrollment straightforward. Here's what to expect from inquiry to acceptance.
Submit an Inquiry
Fill out the inquiry form below or call our Admissions Office. We'll reach out within one business day to answer your questions and guide you through the next steps.
Schedule a Campus Tour
Experience Beyond Walls firsthand. Meet our teachers, visit classrooms, and get a feel for our community. Tours are offered Monday–Friday and select Saturdays.
Complete the Application
Submit your completed application along with required documents: birth certificate, immunization records, previous school transcripts, and a pastoral reference.
Family Interview
We invite prospective families for a brief meeting with our Admissions Director. This helps us understand your family's values and ensure we're the right fit for your child.
Enrollment Decision
Families typically receive an admissions decision within 5–7 business days of completing all steps. Upon acceptance, a non-refundable enrollment deposit secures your child's seat.

- Copy of birth certificate
- Current immunization records
- Most recent academic transcripts (grades 1–12)
- Standardized test scores (if available)
- Pastoral or character reference letter
- Student essay (grades 6–12)
- Enrollment deposit upon acceptance

We offer flexible payment plans and financial aid to make a Beyond Walls Christian Academy education accessible to every family called to join us.
Financial Aid & Scholarships Available
Need-based financial aid and merit scholarships are available for qualifying families. Sibling discounts of 10–15% also apply. Contact our Admissions Office to learn more or request an aid application.
